Aw11 MR2 Flip Kit! The final Key to bump steer reduction!

Since we now have RCA's for the front and rear of the AW11 MR2, we figured we go the rest of the way to correct the bumpsteer issues on the front of lowered MR2's
These "flip kits" allow you to reposition the outer tie rod from the top of the steering knuckle to the bottom of the knuckle. This will tame the handling of the car by getting rid of unwanted bump steer.
Comes with CNC machined stainless inserts and straight shank drill for install. Price is $60 for this kit.
This will only work on the Aw11 MR2.

SW20 Outer Tie Rods---The bumpsteer Solution!

These Outer Tie Rods are our final bit to attack bumpsteer on the SW20 front suspension.
Combined with our bumpsteer spacers, these outer tie rods will greatly improve the handling and all but eliminate the horrible bumpsteer on the SW20. My personal SW20 runs 245's on the front and uses a manual rack, so bumpsteer has always been a real pain. Now the car behaves like it should!
These outer tie rods are made from solid steel stock and use a 5/8" teflon lined 3 piece rod end. They are right an left hand threaded for easy adjustment on the car.
They come with an assortment of bumpsteer steering knuckles spacers in various sizes
All components are plated or stainless for corossion resistance
We've never been huge fan of using a tapered bolt in tandem with a bump steer spacer. The added stress can cause the tapered bolt to snap at the most inoportune times. On all our Outer Tie Rod setups, we use a straight shank 5/8" bolt that is much larger than the factory 12mm tapered bolt and provides much greater strength. This requires drilling out the factory steering knuckle to the 5/8" bore, but can easily be done on the car, and we provide a 5/8" drill with this kit for ease of installation.
Price is $130 per pair with all hardware.

AW11 and SW20 MR2 front and rear RCA's

We now have front and rear AW11 and SW20 MR2 Roll Center Adjusters! These will fit any MR2 1984--->1996
These RCAs (Roll Center Adjusters, or Bump Steer Spacers as the 510 guys call 'em) are designed to get rid of that pesky bump steer on your lowered vehicle
We have added a larger alignment ring for the center of the unit, to provide even more shear protection than other RCAs on the market. These RCAs will NOT move or become mis-aligned, no matter how hard you drive.
The Roll Center Adjusters are machined from 6061 aluminum for light weight and strength.
These units are 20mm tall and come with all metric grade 10.9 mounting hardware and lock washers.
Price is $80 per pair of RCA's

240Z, 260Z, 280Z R200 and R230 Rear End Conversions!

Techno Toy Tuning has a nifty new setup for the rear of the 240Z, 260Z, and 280Z!
Our shop 240Z has a Ford 302 in it and we've always wanted a "BETTER" solution for the CV joints and stub axles in the rear.
In the past people have made CV joint conversions, but they all still retained the rather puny stub axles. With the HP and Torque that many of our cars are producing, they just don't hold up to the task.
We sat down and said to ourselves...."If I could have the dream setup, that would combine ALL the features we wish we could have, what would it be?"
We've been working on this setup for about 6 months on and off, and this is what we've com up with!
This setp will direct bolt in the following donor parts from these chassis cars: S13, S14, S15, R32, R34, Z32, Z32TT and Q45
1. Differential 2. Axles 3. Outer stub axles 4. Hubs (both 4 lug and 5 lug) 5. Brakes
It'll also have a strut casing attatched to our completely fabricated hub that will have camber adjustment built in as a feature.
We'll be able to provide these rear strut casings fully loaded with coilovers, shocks, and upper mounts, or provide it ready to accept your coilovers and shocks.
The Z32TT and Q45 setup will have different axles, and is a bit overkill unless you are running 500+ HP.
It'll come with a front diff mount and a rear moustache bar with bushings.
This combines all the features of a rear disc brake conversion, diff conversion, CV Mount, axle, stub axle and hub conversion all in one!
It will not affect offset of the rear wheels or affect rear suspension geometry.
You can purchase the Complete Kit or individual parts as needed.
Price list:
Backing Plates $550 Moustache bar $250 Lower control Drop mounts with dogbone $300 Dogbone on it’s own $70 Front Diff Mount $150 Axles $480 Struts prepped for coilovers $240 Coilovers for rear strut casings $199 Shocks for rear strut casings $240 Weld on rear camber plates $180
